Where are my clients' data located?

All data is located in Swiss data centres. We currently have a partnership with Netrics, one of the leading clound providers in Switzerland.

Are there any additional costs for my customers?

No. We only settle directly with the trustee companies. There are no further costs for clients.

Can I delete my company account again?

Yes, you can delete the company account you created on Smart eTax at any time.

What happens after the deletion of my company account?

The company account will be completely deleted from the platform. We recommend that you download all the tax documents stored in the account beforehand and save them in a safe place.

After the account has been deleted, there is no longer any access to the account, the data or the documents.

What does the support cost me?

Support is currently included in the basic package. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Can I win more tax mandates?

Yes, if you have opened a company account with us, you will be visible to new customers on our public platform.

All clients with an account on Smart eTax can request a quote from you for completing their tax return. After accepting the offer, they become your clients and you can start working together directly.

What do I have to do to open an account?

Get in touch with us today. We'll be happy to give you an insight into the platform with a live demo, answer all your questions and discuss the next steps together.

Can I hide my company account on the public platform?

Yes, you are free to decide whether you want to be publicly visible and accessible to other clients.
